Below you will find information about shipments for reservations on the site.

After ordering and confirming the order, the package will be sent to you within 7 (Israel) business days at most, via a shipping company. (In Israel)
And for overseas shipping according to the tracking number of the shipping company
You will get an email from us with the tracking number of your order so you can track your delivery status.

Domestic shipments by SCR. the amount of all transportation charges will be paid to SCR by the Customer in addition to the purchase price of the Products.

Subject to SCR right of stoppage in transit, delivery of the Products to the carrier will constitute delivery to Customer and title and risk of loss will pass to Customer.

SCR will make reasonable efforts to initiate shipment and schedule delivery as close as possible to Customer’s requested delivery date (s).

Customer acknowledges that delivery dates provided by SCR are estimates only and that SCR will not be liable for failure to deliver on such dates.

Selection of the carrier and delivery route will be made by SCR unless specifically designated by Customer.

SCR reserves the right to make deliveries in installments. Delay in delivery of one installation will not entitle Customer to cancel any other installation (s).

Delivery of any installment of Products within thirty (30) days after the date requested will constitute a timely delivery. Delivery of a quantity that varies from the quantity specified shall not relieve Customer of the obligation to accept delivery and pay for the Products delivered.


International shipments follow the Incoterms published by the International Chamber of Commerce. An Incoterm for a Customer order is selected by SCR based on Customer address, destination, and/or currency.

Title transfer will be in accordance with the Incoterm selected for the shipment by SCR.

By default, if incoterm is not specified, the incoterm will be Pickup from SCR facility.

Returning or replacing items purchased on the Site.
You may receive a cash refund or exchange any item you purchased on the site within 14 days of the day you arrived.
Items will be returned to our offices at SCR.
If you regret the purchase even though the items you bought have arrived properly,
You are entitled to a full credit of the purchase within 14 days of receipt, excluding shipping charges.
Important - Products that are used cannot be returned.
Terms of return or replacement for items purchased on the Site.
To return a product or replace it with another, you must return the product to SCR with an original invoice,
Returns products after no use have been made.
Resistor, cables must be in their original unopened packaging.
We will not be able to allow the replacement or return of a product that has been used or whose packaging has been opened.
Receive credit for item return.
You can get an SCR credit or a refund to the credit card where the transaction was made or check,
And the credit for an item purchased on the Site will be made within 14 business days of its return.


We will cancel the deal with the credit card company, so there is no need to approach it directly.
